Yes - I get them when either over or under-medicated. how are your numbers? Also low b12 can cause this.

Not sure yet, bloods aren't for another two weeks, last check was tsh 5.4

I particularly get it when I'm tired- but hey I'm always bloody tired

Also woozy at times too

Not sure what b vitamins I am

Last vitamin d check was a lil low but not too bad

Well you are definitely under-medicated, aim is tsh 1ish or below. Keep up the dose increases and check the vits.

Yeah I'm now on. 100 x4days and 50 rest -- that should knock it down

Was 100x2 50 rest

I was 3 but it spiked to 5.4

Happens every time I fall pregnant (lost it now)

Yes get dizzy spells - more like woozy than dizzy as nothing spins. Really worse if I am tired.....well extra tired as hypothyroid makes me constantly tired anyway.

Have decreased since having optimum Vitamin D and B12 levels.

Yes I'm getting dizzy spells lately. Have recently (mid Sept) had my levo reduced from 125mcg to 100mcg and am feeling a return of some earlier symptoms like leg muscle weakness and very foggy brain (similar to hangover but without the previous night's fun!). But the dizziness is the worst. Reason for reduction was doc said I was probably moving towards being hyper. Retest in Dec. I would like to return to the upper dose. Diagnosed 1999.
