On 75 mcg Levothyroxine, my TSH today was 0.49 ( 0.27 - 4.2). I still have many symptoms of lethargy, sleeping through the day, absolutely no energy and no appetite whatsoever and still no weight loss.
My doctor said she treats the symptoms so I asked if she would increase my medication.
She has given me 100 mcg to take. Am I likely to swing into Hyperthroid mode with my above results. I feel I need more Levothyroxine but am worried now it may be too much.... Anyone got any thoughts/ experiences to help me ?
Many thanks x

Impossible to tell anything much with just a TSH. How much levo were you taking before the increase?
If, by 'Hyperthyroid mode' you mean over-medicated, it's hardly likely. 100 mcg isn't a very big dose. But, if you mean become hyperthyroid, then no. That is physically impossible.
Thanks greygoose, yes, I meant over- medicated. I’m still rather new to this Thyroid problem, so I’m sorry I didn’t express myself well. I’m currently on 75 mcg, and have had 25 mcg increments over the last 9 months. I was just worried I may experience over medicated symptoms.
Well, you wouldn't stay over-medicated, would you. At your next six weekly retest, they would see it and reduce your dose. It wouldn't be a catastrophe. And, in that time space, you probably wouldn't feel hyper symptoms, anyway.
