Post your actual test results and ranges. Plus have you had vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 tested. If so post these too
Hashimoto's very often affects the gut, leading to low stomach acid, low vitamin levels and leaky gut.
Low vitamins that affect thyroid are vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12. When they are too low they stop Thyroid hormones working.
Changing to a strictly gluten free diet may help reduce symptoms.

So you do definitely have Hashimoto's
All your GP is looking at is the the fact TSH, FT4 and FT3 are in range.
But FT4 is very near bottom of range.
Changing to strictly gluten free is very likely to help
See The Thyroid Pharmacist website for masses of info about Hashimoto's plus she has excellent video series called the Thyroid Secret on you tube
Low vitamins due to leaky gut and low stomach acid.
You can test just vitamin D for £28 via vitamindtest.org.uk
Or Medichecks can do all four
Essential to get them as good as possible
