How can I access the information stating the TSH should be below 1 please? I need something to show my GP as I'm currently 2.2 which is regarded as ' no further action' irrespective of how I am feeling.

It might help people to respond appropriately if you don't mind stating whether or not you're taking levo. (presumably) and the dosage.

Do you have any other lab. tests to share or is it just the NHS, TSH monitoring value?

In that case, I'd hope that the extracts that Seaside Susie gives in the above link are useful in arguing for an increased dosage (if that's what you'd like to trial).

Suggest you recheck your vitamin D as you had loading dose a while back

Likely to need maintenance dose for life, especially if you have Hashimoto's (also called autoimmune thyroid disease. Do you? Have you had your thyroid antibodies tested. If not ask that they are
