Hi, can someone please help with my recent blood count?

I have been feeling particularly tired and dreadful lately... my ferritin is 10 ug/L (11-307ug/l)

Folate 10.5 ug/L (no range)

B12 602 ng/L ( up from 200 last month due to supplement im taking)

The ferritin and folate never seem to increase even though I'm taking supplements for these too 😣

Your ferritin is dire

Thyroid hormones can't work when it's low

What about vitamin D too
