fear of allergies

since i was hyper and had few panic attacks i have developed the fear of havgin an allergy.i m carefull of what i eat and dont have new deodorants or watever new....anyone else feeling the same?

sorry you are having that fear.

I have the same. If I get anything I have not used before I worry in case I may get a reaction to it, I also suffer with health anxiety and I think it can all be connected to thyroid problems.

Someone I know once saw an Allergy specialist and he told her that when she ever bought a new moisturiser or cosmetics etc. then to dab a small amount on her wrist every day for a week to test if she would be O.K. with it.

What are your thyroid levels like, maybe like me you need your meds. increasing.
