Results with T3

Been a while since I asked this but I am taking 20mcg T3, and 50/ 75 mcg levo alternate and have been for a year now.

Latest results still show T4 fairly low:

Serum free T4 level 6.9 pmol/L [10.0 - 24.5]

And T3 midrange:

Serum free triiodothyronine level 3.8 pmol/L [3.1 - 6.8]

Should I be upping both of these?Still knackered....

Your T3 is not mid-range. Mid-range is 4.95. Your T3 is very low. You could increase both of them - but not at the same time - or either of them. Depends how well you convert.

I would think an adjustment up in T3 would be needed. You want that number higher.
