Hi, yes I'm awake again. Fed up of not sleeping when I should be, then sleeping when I should be awake.

I've tried the sleep time setting on my iPhone and did work for a while. But last couple of weeks or so woken by pains.

Just thought I'd post as I'm watching telly with my hot water bottle, and might just wear myself out and sleep for a bit here on the sofa with my faithful hound who is up keeping me company as always.

Ask GP to test your vitamin D, folate ferritin and B12.

Likely they are low due to your recent dose changes.

Low vitamin D can be cause of insomnia, and then low B vitamins too

Do you have Hashimoto's?

Thank you, I will ask him to do that.

Try reading a good book or listening to a good hypnotist sleep cd and also my favourite is a hot soapy lavender valerian and Epsom salt bath

Yes thanks Tiredmum75 Done the reading just doing the bath now ๐Ÿ˜‰. No doubt I'll fall asleep this afternoon!

It's typical, I get times like this quite often, but nearly always on days off work. Sometimes I can sleep all day and all night. Almost always up at 5am 6am latest. Just lately though living on cat naps! Still could be worse.

Well I hope you have a awesome night and sweet dreams

Thank you ๐Ÿ˜Š

I feel you.

I took my daughter to school Friday morning, pulled back into the garage (nice lovely super quite darkness), thought to myself "boy this is nice, I'll rest my eyes a minute" ... and I woke up two hours later ๐Ÿ˜ต

Right now it is 3:40am and I'm wide awake ๐Ÿ˜ซ

I woke up this morning at about then! Now has a bit of a snooze watching Monty's Gardening program, had a bath and now been out to the beach with our dog and my husband. Knackered now, but not tired so watching telly again. It's now 10:10am here in U.K.
