I am not medically qualified and others will respond. If I take any supplements etc I always leave about 4 hours between both. i.e. I take thyroid hormones when I awake and vits/minerals I take with lunch as quite a few say to take with food.

Do you have Hashimoto's (high thyroid antibodies)
There seem to be lots of different variations of Menopace. Does this have iodine in? If it does, definitely avoid.
Hashimoto's and iodine are absolutely not suited.
Most multivitamins are not enough of what we actually need. greygoose will no doubt make comments about multivitamins too
Have you got test results for vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12. If not ask GP to test them.
Then can actually supplement as necessary. Likely to need significantly more than in any multivitamin
I can't imagine why anyone would want to take menopace. It's not going to do anything for your health, as you won't be able to absorb anything from it. All you're doing is making the manufacturer rich! Waste of money.
Get your vit d, vit B12, folate and ferritin tested, as a base, and then you can work out what you need to take, in quantities that are actually going to do something for you. You don't need iodine, and probably don't need copper. And they're very vague on the quality of the other ingredients. For example, what type of magnesium is it? What type of B12. It's just a product for the worried well.
Hi to everyone who has answered my question I thank you very much for your help and to slowdragon just to let you know i have a low thyroid thank you , galaxy64
When you get thyroid results then post these with the ranges as we can advise in those as well. Lots of symptoms can disappear when you are on the correct thyroid dose for you. Don't forget rangeaas they differ from lab to lab so otherwise we would just be guessing.
