ive done it again..screwed with meds

rerember i was taking thyroxine at night with mirtazapine and felt awful so went to taking thyroxine in the morning to find myself improving

things were going well id get up take my dose and have decaff coffee...all was good

i started drinking proper coffee and stuck to the same routine now i feel like crap, headaches and constant feeling sick and zero energy

i didnt relize until yesterday when i struggled to do shopping

im usually done with my coffee by 8am so will take thyroid meds at 10, once im back on tablets ill set an early morning alarm for them

Perhaps it is the caffeine? Maybe you could go back to decaff and see whether symptoms improve.
