I've not long started my t3 trail, 3 x 5mcg per day, reeducation on levo from 150mg to 100mg, first month all fine, this month I've no period, feeling shaky and a really bad temper - any advice would be greatly received!
I have an endo appointment in 2 weeks

Do you have Hashimoto's (high antibodies) also called autoimmune thyroid disease
Hashimoto's affects the gut, very often leading to low acid, low vitamin levels and leaky gut.
Have you got recent tests results for vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12. Always get actual results and ranges
If you have Hashimoto's then hidden food intolerances may be causing issues, most common by far is gluten. Changing to a strictly gluten free diet may help reduce symptoms and eventually start to lower antibodies. Very very many of us here find it really helps and often is essential to be gluten free
That's possibly too big a drop in T4. Have you had blood test on this dose yet. Get bloods done as early as possible in morning and fasting and don't take Levo in 24 hours prior to test and no T3 in 12 hours before test. Delay and take straight after.
Presumably you should get bloods done BEFORE seeing endo
The ratio of 3:1 is about right( just slightly less than 150 Levo )
It's a while ago now but with a free t3 of 0 I thought great at last some help. I was really ill to start with and did what you have done took levo and added in t3 in smaller doses. Took me about six months to feel normal ish.
I'd offer more help once your bloods and vitamins are tested or knew what your last thyroid ones were.
I agree with slowdragon gluten free was a life saver for me.
15mcg T3 is equivalent to 45mcg Levothyroxine so you're on an equivalent dose to 150mcg Levothyroxine. Of course, if you weren't optimally dosed on 150mcg Levothyroxine you won't be optimally dosed on the combination equivalent.
