What's the dose? Was there a reason why you started T4 again?
50 MCG thyroxine 20 MCG t3 .I became very I'll 4 years ago after years on thyroxine only, but never completely well.Up and down doses and symptoms for years.I was on teva for years when they withdrew there thyroxine, after 8 months trying other makes I suddenly went hyper and very I'll and have never recovered ,all symptoms magnified 100 fold.So I tired t3 only It did help me a little then tried NDT ,no luckSo now back on t4 and t3.
Please have this checked by a medical professional but from the information I have it could be that your thyroid gland is enlarging as it's trying to put out more thyroid. Try to spread your t3 dose throughout the day as it's more physiological and very very slowly up the dose of t3, like by 5mcg a day for a week and log down how you feel, your oral temp and heart rate. Your liver might be struggling to convert T4 into t3. Please get bloods done via doctor though and take this advice with a hefty pinch of salt as I'm not a professional. Hope you recover, it can take months so don't be discouraged. Great resource to read more to help yourself raypeat.com/articles/
