Hi, I need advice. In November 2016, I went off several medications because of side-effects. Levothyroxine 75 mcg was one along with hormone-replacement Angelique .5/1.0. My GP only does basic TSH test for thyroid......mine has been in the middle of the "normal" range. However, I have had heart palpitations, tightness in chest with shortness of breath, adrenal fatigued and saliva production slowed, lost 35 lbs in 6 months, anxiety. Should I go back to the 75 mcg dose once a day or divided doseage?
Where can I get detailed testing done in US?

I would arrange a thyroid test with your doctor to check levels before resuming 75mcg Levothyroxine. Levothyroxine is designed to be taken once daily, there's no benefit to dividing dose.
I suggest you contact sites like hypothyroidmom.comthyroidsexy.com and Mary Shoman's site to ask where you can order your own labs in the USA.
