for thyroid blood levels? What are your opinions on this methodology? It seems to look to FREEs in relation to TSH as a method for interpreting what the thyroid/body is lacking/doing. Thoughts??
yes, I used this five years ago to self diagnose. I printed out several 'spreadsheets' and filled in my several years' worth of results. My TSH was never over range, but also never optimal. FT3 very low and FT4 low in range.
Later I got a diagnosis confirming: Central hypothyroidism and DIO2 problem (conversion T4 to T3) plus Hashi's. Hypopituitarism and hypoadrenalism as well.
There is a chart comparing adrenal and thyroid symptoms on the same website which I found helpful when starting out (and before I found this forum!!)
