Hashi flare

Hi I am new and by the looks of things I have had a Hashi flare so what do I do about dose please?

Diagnosed 2011.

Was taking 175mcg levothyroxine and 10mcg t3 thanks for reading

Symptoms - hard stool, tiredness, dry eyes, joint pain, memory loss, infertile, heavy periods, joint stiffness, eczema, dry skin, flaky nails, depression, weight loss, puffy eyes, puffy ankles, difficulty swallowing, goitre, cramps and spasms in muscles, joint and bone pain

(bloods all done early morning and fasting and I leave 24 hours between levothyroxine dose and blood draw and 12 hours for t3 and blood draw and I take no other medications)

I return the question : what have you done about dose?

You had a Hashi's flare in June, but in August, you were hypo again. So, logically, you should be back on the 175 mcg levo and 10 mcg T3. Are you?

Was dose reduced in June? You were undermedicated in August.
