When I complained of aches and fatigue and had my first TSH test (which was 3.8), alkaline phosphatase was tested as low in range. High could've indicated bone tumours and other bone conditions, but low is seen in untreated hypothyroidism, anaemia and poor diet/absorption. Your lowish serum total protein could also indicate an absorption problem.
Hi not really in a position of commenting on liver but it. Oils be hrlpful if you post your thyroid bloods and ranges to see if they are in the right place. We are often told they are fine if in range but it's where in the range that is important.
