Heart beating to fast and I need help (only thirteen)

I was listening to music trying to go to sleep and when I was really tired I took my headphones out and my heart was beating super fast and i wanted to sleep that was at maybe one in the morning and now it's three i don't know what's going on, there is also mild chest pain and headache (maybe unrelated). I am in Mexico on vacation and don't want to go to a hospital there and don't want to wake up my grandmother because she has a sprained back and sore throat. I am a thirteen year old boy if that helps and the music was not very fast or exiting. I don't know what it is anyone have any idea, I need help
