What do my blood results indicate

I had these blood tests done but don't really know what they indicate. It seems that I am on the hyperthyroid side but I would appreciate some feedback. I feel overheated most of the time. Don't sleep much. Feel exhausted but have put on a lot of weight, despite eating frugally. My hair has thinned considerably and won't hold a curl anymore. I have never received any treatment. I had an ultrasound scan which showed multiple nodules and one that went under my collarbone.

Results with the ranfes would be most appreciated. The ranges differ from lab to lab so without them we would only be guessing.
