So I just placed my order for the above products as recommended by Dr P but I just noticed on the Procepts website there are no contact details for the company other than their EU supplier The Natural Choice. I just wondered if this is normal? Also when you google them it just comes up with a property address. Based on their website I was expecting them to be a large laboratory or at least shop, feel a bit uneasy now about them. I noticed when you go on other companies websites like Nutri they list all their contact details, tell you about the company etc. Am I just worrying too much?

They have to give a terrestrial address for EU customers - which they have. If they are not open to the public, which a lab wouldn't be, a contact through a third party is not unusual - I always wondered if Procept actually owned or were part of the-natural-choice (as an EU answer to Nutri-meds, which is all they used to stock). A non-EU company doesn't have to abide by EU website rules. It is perfectly reputable BTW and I have been using them since they first came out

It looks like they are Angel, both companies owned by the same person so that make sense. I have to say they've been very helpful and professional when I've dealt with them and I don't think Dr P would be recommending them so readily if they weren't any good. Hopefully they will do the trick for me and I'll start getting back to some sort of normality!

Do you or anyone else know why Dr. P recommends these products rather than prescription NDT?

I don't think it is possible to tell as they won't admit to there being any T4 or T3 in the product (or it wouldn't be a supplement). Thai NDT would be cheaper even if it was one to one.
