Hi Karina, could you post the numbers in brackets (ranges) after the results, as they differ depending on where you live? It looks like your TSH could be a bit high, but it is not just about numbers. How you feel is the most important thing. Are you taking Nature-Throid? This contains T4 and T3, and it is T3 which is the active hormone.

T4 5.3 ug /dl 4.5-12.0

triiodothy free serum 3.9 p/ml 2.0-4.4

T4free 0.88 NH/dl 0.82-1.77

Most people feel well when their TSH is below 1 and free T3 and T4 are at the top of the range. So it looks like you could do with increasing the NDT. Also, your Vitamins D3, B12 need to be at the top of the range as these can be low if you have thyroid disease.
