fluctuating tsh & ft4

Hi, am not on any thyroid meds, why would my thyroid be fluctuating month to month tsh still in range but is lower , and ft4 sits at top of range

There will always be natural fluctuations, thyroid hormone has a circadian rhythm. If you want to compare your results accurately then you'd need to make sure that the blood is drawn at the same time each time you have a test, best is early morning, eat breakfast after the blood draw. TSH is highest early morning and lowers during the course of the day.
