I have just started to read Thyroid For Dummies which has mentioned the role of Leptin and Leptin Resistence in weight loss difficulties in Hypothyroid patients. I've also read articles about how to increase Leptin levels like diet, fish oil and sleep (enough sleep being a dream for me), but wondered if Leptin supplements give extra help? Does anyone take these? Would be prepared to get some if they are helpful even though I already feel like a walking pharmacy with the meds and supplements taken already
