Dr Lam's 'Adrenal Rescue' capsules?

Has anyone, or does anyone, take(n) these for almost-crashed adrenals, please? Last time I had my adrenals tested (saliva test) I was found to be in stage 3 of the 4 stages of adrenal health, where stage 4 is all-out crash. I was in the low/high cortisol pattern where my cortisol is low when it should be high and vice versa. I've seen suggestions that Dr Lam's capsules can help, but wondered if anyone here has any recommendations?
