Thyroid meds-timing

Does anyone take their meds in the afternoon?

I take mine at night, because I had heard it may help with sleep.....it doesn't ☹️

Mornings would be awkward, so afternoons are left - about 4pm?

You can take it any time you like, as long as it's one hour before eating, or two hours after eating.

Will give it a try, see if there's any improvement, although I do think now that most of my problems are probably down to low iron. I'm struggling to bring my levels up.

I was told levo, first thing in the morning,,before food,,,so that is how I have continued,,and have been ok,,,it is what suits you is the best guideline,,,,ttfn from karen.
