Sunshine, if you post your latest test results members can comment. Please include the reference ranges, these vary from lab to lab so it's important that we know the ones used when your test was done. You can have all sorts of symptoms of you're not optimally medicated.
If you don't have them, ask your surgery for a print out, you are legally entitled to them under the Data Protection Act.
If you have also had vitamin D, folate, B12 & ferritin tested as well post these too.
All blood tests results also need the ranges (figures in brackets) after the result. This is because the range can vary from Lab to lab.
Ring receptionist and ask for print out of your test results. You might have to wait a day or two before picking them up, but you are entitled to have copies under data protection law
Or you might be able to see test results online if you are signed up for online medical records at your practice
