Well, in all that lot, the only one of interest is the vit D. No other nutrients and no thyroid.
Your vit D is ok, but could be a bit higher. 100 is usually recommended.
So am i missing tsh too then? So do i give myself 1,000 unit's a day of vitamin d then?
You're missing TSH, FT4 and (possibly) FT3.
Yes, I think 1000 would be good.
Ok great I'll get some from the chemist 1 a day! Will i get symptoms if the dose is too much for me? Thank you for your help
OK, but, it's not just as simple as that, I'm afraid. When you are taking vit D3, you also need to take the cofactors : vit K2 - MK7 and magnesium.
I don't know if you'll get the vit K2 in a chemist, you might have to go to Amazon. Magnesium, get about 200 or 300 mg. Don't start them all at once. Start the vit D3, wait about 10 days, then start the vit K2, wait 10 days, then start taking the magnesium. Sorry, that's a bit complicated, but that way you will get the best out of the vit D3.
