Welcome to the forum, Yayayaya.

There's not much we can say without seeing your thyroid, mineral and vitamin results and ranges. When you get them Write a new post and members will advise.

It's not at all uncommon for thyroid patients to have low ferritin, vitamin D, B12 and folate and to require supplementation to correct the deficiencies. 10,000iu D3 is a high daily dose and should correct vitamin D deficiency in 2-3 months.

Make sure you take D3 and iron 4 hours away from Levothyroxine and folic acid 2 hours away from Levothyroxine.

Do you know if you have ever had thyroid antibodies tested? This is to see if you have autoimmune thyroid called Hashimoto's.

Very common to have low nutrients. If you have Hashimoto's then food intolerances are common, usually gluten. Many of us find gluten free diet really helps.
