B12 Patches

Has anyone had any experience with B12 PATCHES?

I had some, difficult to tell if they worked or not 🤔

Yes I regularly use them (organic ones) I also do a b complex and my B12 has risen well, as well as a family history of PA I know my mother suffered a lot with vertigo and at 55 I also started getting frequent bouts of it (a neurological disorder) which I've learnt from here often occurs when B12 is low, I'm slowly getting mine higher with the above and liver every 10 days (can't manage every week) but eat pate a couple of times a week as well and I am now having less vertigo attacks and they are certainly a lot better than they used to be, I always keep my balance now!!
