Hopefully my GP will take notice now that the Hematologist's report is in.
GP has not tested for antibodies ever so 1300 is shocking to me.

After about 12 years on treatment, I found out the other day I have antibodies too.
HypoF3XXY,
Thyroid peroxidase antibody testing cuts off at 1300 in many labs so they may be higher. It won't make any difference to your treatment as you are already prescribed Levothyroxine.
Thyroid peroxidase antibodies are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease (Hashimoto's). There is no cure for Hashimoto's which causes 90% of hypothyroidism. Treatment is for the low thyroid levels it causes. Many people have found that 100% gluten-free diet is helpful in reducing Hashi flares, symptoms and eventually antibodies.

I advised you 19 days ago that you were under medicated healthunlocked.com/thyroidu... and suggested you consult other GPs at your practice or change practice if your GPs won't help.
Ferritin is optimal halfway through range. You can supplement iron to raise ferritin. Take each iron tablet with 1,000mg vitamin C to aid absorption and minimise constipation. Take iron 4 hours away from Levothyroxine and retest ferritin in 4-6 months.
B12 is deficient but I see you have already posted on PAS.
Thank you clutter, the Hematologist has sent a letter to my GP telling her to start me on an Iron supplement, B12 injections and to up my Levothyroxin immediately then check my free's again in a month,he is also trying to get me and Endocrine appointment A.S.A.P . I feel a little buoyed by this , but I thought my GP was great to start with. I see her on Tuesday so fingers crossed she follows his letter to a T.
So you definitely have Hashimoto's. Have you considered changing to a gluten free diet. Many of us find it really helps. You can read why & lots of other info at The Thyroid Pharmacist website- Specialises in Hashimoto's.
Also ask GP to test your vitamin D. It's VERY common for us to have seriously low levels, and even if result is only mid-range, we tend to do much better when level is improved to at least 70nmol/L or ideally around 100nmol/L
