Welcome to our forum. Those who are good at blood tests will respond when they read your post. If you have hashimoto's going gluten-free can help reduce the antibodies attack on your gland.
If you click the down arrow beside your name then click profile, you can put a short thyroid history in it i.e. when diagnosed, with what etc. This helps as members can look at your profile and not ask you the same question often. i.e. when diagnosed etc.
I note your GP has increased hormones since the above test.
You will need to wait 2-3 month for the cells to die and renew then have a repeat full blood count to see whether the problems with your platelets, white blood cells and neutrophils are transient or not especially as you have increased thyroid meds.
In your case if they aren't you may naturally be low, or could have developed this due to having thyroid disease.
Either way you need to ensure you get both your thyroid hormones and nutrient levels optimal. Currently your TSH and Free T4 are not. The TSH needs to be 1 or lower, and the Free T4 needs to be in the top quarter of the range. There is also no clue whether your vitamin B12, folate, ferritin and vitamin D levels are optimal as there are no test results for these.
Yes blood cells have a life of around 120 days so bacteria that time you will have completely different blood.
I see though you had an E Coli test so have you recently had some sort of infection or may be the doctor was hoping to rule one out?
