Here are my Mum's results......
TSH 0.54 (0.35 - 5.00)
Free T4 16.8 (9.0 - 21.0)
Total T3 1.1 (0.9 - 2.5)
Despite them being reported as "normal" my Mum is symptomatic

I think your Mum might improve if some T3 was added to her levothyroxine, although the instructions now are that it is not to be prescribed by GPs or Endos. More's the pity, however you can source your own and add a 1/4 tablet at a time to your Mum's reduced levothyroxine and increase by 1/4 every week or so depending on how your Mum feels. I've looked back at a few of your posts and it was a long time before she was diagnosed.
There is also NDT which would have to be sourced by you and it contains all of the hormones a healthy gland would have produced. As NDT is made from pigs or cows thyroid gland, it is not synthetic as in levothyroxine and I, for one, couldn't get well on levothyroxine alone and in fact was far worse with more symptoms than before being diagnosed with a TSH of 100. That's not to say it is a common experience.
