dawnydawn1 What do you mean by natural?

Unfortunately most supplements have fillers and other additives. This US website compares the additives in various supplements, some of which are available online/in the UK:

Troo supplements are good and free from allergens. I use mainly those and solgar.

Health Leads is possibly the closest to what you are looking for healthleadsuk.com

I don't use them because I have found others I am happier with in terms of, say, balance of B vits in the B Complex and other things.

Supplements from health leads are very good...no fillers or additives.

I'm no longer buying Solar after being informed the company is involved in the arms trade.

BadHare Solgar also have microcrystalline cellulose in them. A debateable product.

I've not had an issue taking their products, & found their methylcobakanin excellent, but won't support arms dealers.

I liked their products until they put microcrystalline cellulose in them.

Cytoplan selenium - nice small tablet, no unpleasant odour like some selenium has

cytoplan.co.uk - on 3 for 2 at the moment

Where have you ordered the Jarrow's MK7 from?

Jarrow K2-MK7 used to contain soy oil. I contacted them last year and they confirmed that they had changed the formula in July 2016 to now contain olive oil and it was possible that some suppliers still had stock of the old formula to clear.

At the time, checking the picture on Amazon, it showed soy oil. Amazon's picture now shows olive oil

amazon.co.uk/Jarrow-Formula...

You might find that when it arrives it does actually contain olive oil. If it contains soy oil it is old stock.

I've ordered from iherb, they've not arrived yet, i hope when they do that they're in olive oil🖒 I'll check out your links for selenium. I've been taking Holland and Barrett ones, but apparently they are full of fillers and not very good for you. Thank-you 😊
