Does anyone take Rhodiola Rosea, which is said to balance cortisol levels thru the day? I have very low cortisol in the morning and too high at night. I bought Swanson 400mg and it just says take 1 capsule 1 or 2 times per day with water. So do I take 1 in the morning to give me energy and hope this makes the cortisol go down for the evening?

I take it along with grape seed milk thistle and usual vits. I am slowly improving stamina and less tired. I think it took a long time to get so sick on poor treatment it takes time to build and improve health again. I haven't noticed any downside to golden root.

You've never posted your adrenal saliva test results as far as I can see. It would be helpful if you did.
