Splitting NDT

Hi all, I take 1 and a half NDT per day. I usually cut 4 NDT tablets in half and store the halfs in a dark brown plastic pill bottle for use over 8 days, so I don't have to cut them every day. Is this OK or should i only split one when I'm going to use it? The NDT is Thyroid-S - which is coated. Thanks in advance.

I split a couple of week's worth at a time, because I take 1.75 tablets. I haven't noticed a problem. The key is to keep them dry, I think.
