You can also try going dairy-free. Also I believe taking 200 mg of Selenium a day may help.

Thanks!
When I started to take selenium my antibodies dropped.
You need your TSH suppressed.
Thanks grey, my gp has agreed to another dose increase so hopefully that will bring my tsh down.
What is your TSH at the moment? And how much are you taking?
My TSH is 2.28 (range 0.35 - 5.5) and i'm on 125 mcg, however the Doctor has increased me today to 150 mcg.
