Can someone explain to me if my ft3 levels will be higher on a dose of levo with a tsh between 0.2 and 1,0 or will it be higher on a higher dose levo with a tsh of 0.05?
That is will the level of t3 be higher if my body produces it than if it's converted from levo? I assume that my body won't produce any t3 with a tsh of 0.05

I rather doubt your 'body' - thyroid gland - is capable of producing any T3, anyway, whatever the TSH. If it were, you wouldn't be on thyroid hormone replacement.
But, there's no direct link between TSH and FT3 levels, no fixed proportion. You could have a completely suppressed TSH and your FT3 still be low. There's just no way of telling until you get there.
The only ft3 test I've had done was before starting meds and they were:
FSH 4.26 (0.35-5.50)
Ft3 3.8 (3.5-6.5)
Ft4 11.7 (10-19.8)
On 74mcg levo my results was
Ft4 19.4 (10-19.8)
Tsh 0.05 (0.3-5.5)
Now I'm on 62,5 mcg to try to get to the right level of meds.
At the higher dose I sometimes had a high heart rate. Started to feel tired too so I think it was too much for me.
Will get my ft3 tested private since my GP can't order it. Would be best to do it on this dose or after next NHS tests, when I know if I should increase dose again?
