Wk 14 bit disappointing 😒

0.4lb loss this week. Disappointed but totally my fault. Night out in Blackpool on Saturday am guessing was to blame ooops! But to b fair I rarely go out so not beating myself up and onwards and upwards to next weigh in. Fortunately I do not have a sweet tooth so other than roast lamb Easter Sunday dinner I'm aiming for a fab loss nxt weigh in 😁 jx just to add total loss to date 23.7lb 😊 x
