sharon4167 Your TPO antibodies are raised so you are positive for autoimmune thyroid disease aka Hashimoto's. This is where antibodies attack the thyroid and gradually destroy it. Hashi's isn't treated, it's the resulting Hypothyroidism that is.
You can help reduce the antibodies by adopting a strict gluten free diet which has helped many members enormously. Gluten contains gliadin which is a protein thought to trigger antibody attacks.

Supplementing with selenium L-selenomethionine 200mcg daily and keeping TSH suppressed also help reduce antibodies.

Can the level drop. The level was 466 in May 2015 (which I was unaware of until a few weeks ago) and now 266.
I have recently increased my thyroxine to 150mg.
sharon4167 Antibodies fluctuate so will go up and down, so symptoms and results will fluctuate too. Addressing Hashi's as mentioned above can help reduce antibodies so hopefully reduce antibody attacks.
I've been taking thyroxine for about 9 years now but Hashi's is all new to me. What do you mean by a antibody attack.
