A great big huge thank you

I found this site in October when I was having a particularly bad time. From here I have learned so much about managing my hypothyroidism, discovered I suffered from Hashimotos and have been well armed to have discussions with doctors. The recommendation to switch to a gluten free diet has changed my life so much for the better.

How I feel now is night and day compared to October, so I just wanted to say a great big huge thank you x
