Problems after exercising?

Has anyone else experienced air hunger and low blood pressure for hours after exercise?

I've been lifting weights for about 5 months now. I'm usually ok afterwards, but occasionally I suffer these scary spells where my blood pressure drops low for hours, and every time I fall asleep I wake up gulping for air. I was up until 3am last night because of the gulping.

I've had this a few times and I'm not sure if it's related to my hypothyroid, pcos or reactive hypoglycemia.... or something else.

If anyone else has experienced this strange problem, I'd love to hear from you.

Sounds like your exercise is too strenuous, and using up all your T3. But I don't know enough about you to say for certain. Do you know what your FT3 level is?
