I was just prescribed Liothyronine ( generic T3) Can I take it at the same time as my Levo?

Yes, you can take Liothyronine and Levothyroxine together.

T3 has a shorter half - life than levo (which is T4 alone ) so can be taken with levothyroxine it is best split throughout the day according to what I read on here.

I see no connection whatsoever between lengths of half-lives and whether medicines can be taken together.
