FT4 is quite a bit over range so you are over medicated. Make sure to take Levothyroxine after your blood draw as taking it before can cause it to peak in the blood.
Serum ALT is high. Google "high ALT" for possible reasons.
GFR >90 indicates good kidney function.
Your other results are all in range (normal).
