Jefftall,

TSH is suppressed which is expected when taking high dose Levothyroxine and T3. It would be useful to see FT4 and FT3 in addition to TSH.

Tissue Transglutaminase and parietal cell antibodies are negative for coeliac disease (gluten intolerance).

ESR and CRP are inflammation markers. Yours are low and don't indicate problems.

Try Googling the other results and positive Anti Nuclear Factor tests to see what they are.
