Finding things (well work) very stressful. Someone has suggested Ashwanga capsules. I have Hashis. Would this be OK to take? Many thanks.

Hi, I don't know about Ashwanga but would you enjoy yoga? Many of my students tell me it has really helped them with stress from pressure of work and with, shall I say, 'poor communication' from bosses that makes them feel miserable.

I think my yoga practice is the only thing keeping me going. I am very lucky with my teacher. All the best.

Hi Mantras131 Ashwaghanda is an adaptogenic. . I have Hashi's and take it from time to time when needed. Also Rescue Remedy by Bachs is very good.
