Fatigue: I've recently started taking thyroxine... - Thyroid UK
Fatigue
I have looked at the following and, so far, levothyroxine (Synthroid in USA) has had no interaction:

If you've only recently begun taking levo at 75mcg it will take about six weeks to build up in your system and you have another blood test then to see if TSH is dropping and every six weeks thereafter until you have relief of all symptoms
thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/about_....
You should fast for your next blood test which should be the earliest and fasting (you can drink water) and also allow 24 hours between last dose of levo and test and take it afterwards. Levo should be taken first thing on an empty stomach (or bedtime) with a full glass of water and wait about an hour before eating.
My husband takes cabergoline but has no fatigue or other side effects at all from it. If you have recently started Levo its likely you aren't on the right dose yet, takes a while and a few dose increases for things to improve.
A tumor on the pituitary can also cause problems with your adrenal glands, which cause fatigue.
Do you know how your cortisol level is? Starting up on thyroid meds with an existing low cortisol can exacerbate fatigue.
