I've been watching this and finding it v useful. I am interested in getting tested for the route causes and triggers i.e. Gut infections, food intolerances and mercury from fillings. However I don't know where to start. I found one integrative practitioner but she was in London (I'm north midlands) and the testing prices where too high. I wonder if anyone out there has had any success doing it themselves, or with a reasonably priced practitioner?

My gp tests TSH every 3-4 months and if I harp on and on he may do TPO at an absolute push. Never the t4, reverse t3 and t4 recommended. I've worked out a lot of my food no-nos and begun supplementing as Isabella Wentz advises but it's very hard to track progress.

I couldn't access this due to Privacy Settings. Probably because I hadn't signed in before it began.
