Many of us take magnesium in various different ways. Some take pills, other options are powder (e.g. calm vitality magnesium), Epsom salt baths, magnesium oil or magnesium creme (e.g. Better You magnesium creme)

If you search "magnesium" on here you will find masses of poses

That is very Interesting article linking low magnesium to low DHEA. About 10 years ago I had adrenal stress index test that picked up low DHEA. I was advised to supplement- but taking DHEA did not give good results and I very soon stopped.

I have however, more recently had very good improvement by just adding magnesium. Had no idea it might also improve DHEA.

I have DHEA on prescription and do notice if it is too low. I found it useful to buy magnesium in big sacks from justasoap.co.uk and put it in the bath.
