got hospital appointment with a professor of addisons/adrenal in a weeks time. Would appreciate any help with pertinent questions i need answers to.

Your FT4 is a little low. No idea if anybody it converts to T3, which is what your body actually uses. Posting more lab results will get you better help here ... 😉
