Welcome to the forum, Joemarcal.

Raw apple cider vinegar or Betain Pepsin capsules taken before food will raise stomach acid which should aid digestion and improve absorption of nutrients and medication.

Thank you for the suggestion. I was wondering how long to expect before I notice any difference in my bloated stomach as I have also been diagnosed with edema of my ankles; feet and lower legs as well as peripheral neuropathy. How long will it take with my problem with digesting minerals and medication to improve my conditions?

Jemarcal,

I'm sorry, I really have no idea.

Try Honegar from Holland & Barrett. No idea whether it will help your condition but it is drinkable in moderation.
