Welcome to the forum, Ghja.
It's recommended that the TSH of women trying to conceive should be in the low-normal range 0.4-2.5. TSH >3.0 can make conception difficult and increases the risks of miscarriage when pregnancy is confirmed.
Endo may prescribe levothyroxine and Gynaecologist will exam further. Check with them soon.
